First download the following from google :
Mapping software : JackHammer
Compiling : ZHLT 3.4
If ZHLT got any problem , install this :

please install stuff so tomorrow i can start from 0.
When you start JackHammer you will find the "file" in left top , choose new.
It will load your files tho and then it will open dialog "Def Room Properties." click okay, and the base room will be created.
it will look like this
You will need to make grid small now , click your "[" to make it to 16 from 32. (you can see grid on button "snap on grid : 16")
now click on Selection tool, it looks like an arrow and then click on the spawn point and light entity and delete them (click on delete button on your keyboard), will look like this
after you select them just do the delete. , then let's make the map/room bigger/smaller , do the following
select everything (the whole room), do it using the top & front views window. it will look like this
Then click enter. and it will like following
now make it as big or small as you want (the top makes it wider, the front makes it taller), i hope you understood
here i made it bigger.

now you are done with map size.
next. will be the textures (install your wad files using tools > Options > Game prop. > Textures > add your wad files , halflife.wad will too good for that.)
click apply and okay.
now click "SHIFT + A" and click on the top (the place that will be the sky.) > click browse > but "SKY" in search, you will find it, click on it twice , then it will get you out to Text application again, click apply.
Done for this step, i will make another thread for the rest of steps
