First you need to have FTP, Go to amxmodfolder, Right click on data foler > then click props (properties) , Next you see something like

Group : [] [] []
others : [] [] []
Octal : 0XXX

Check it all [The TRUE sign should apear.]
Now go in config > core.ini add these lines
after
all of it must be checked, Octal will be 0777 after you done this.
Restart server , then go in data folder , csstats.dat
should now apear and rank should not be lost after server crash/restart, that's all.

csstats_score addons/amxmodx/data/csstats.amxxafter
amxx_vault addons/amxmodx/data/vault.ini
