Base on my ReAPI: ZombieMod but with some changes, now it makes the mod suitable to play on ZE maps.

Rules are simple:
• Counter-Terrorist are Humans.
• Terrorist are Zombies.
• Humans must escape the plague with certain time set by mp_roundtime or in map config, failed to escape will result in nuke death (both zombies/humans).
• Zombies must chase and prevent humans from escape the plague, eat their brain and you will become more stronger and more allies.
• There are one Leader on human side, Leader act as a hero and equipped with xm1014 unlimited ammo. Shoot zombies and push them.
• Humans cannot drop their weapons, this is my mod feature.

Requirements:
• ReGameDLL_CS -- github.com/s1lentq/ReGameDLL_CS
• AmxModX 1.8.3 -- www.amxmodx.org/snapshots.php
• ReAPI AmxModX module -- github.com/s1lentq/reapi
• ReHLDS (Optional but recommended) -- github.com/dreamstalker/rehlds

Bug reports / Supports:
• I'll no support this mod, if you found any bug feel free to fix on your own.

* Modified mp.dll is only for windows OS it remove the animation skip/lag issue, enable 1.3 bunny hopping.

-Some ideas.

1-At the first of each round all players freezed for 20 sec (We can set mp_freezetime for this). They will buy weapons in this time and after the 20 sec 3 or 2 zombies chosen randomly and they will be freezed for another 10 seconds while all humans run in these 10 seconds after 10 seconds. Zombie Released and run and try infect them.

2-If Hunam escaped in the Helicopter all zombies die (Map by default send hurt). If the time passes and human don't escape mean they fail so nothing happen. Don't send bombs if escape fail.

Make those first and i'll post rest of ideas. You can see this video it will help you understand how the mod works. This mod i was run 4 months ago and i publish it already:

Update mod 15.Jan.2017:
• Added 20 seconds freezetime on new round.
• Added 40 seconds remaining time for zombie selection. So when freezetime over it still have 20 seconds countdown for zombie selection.
• Multiple random zombies on round began, depend on maxplayers.
• Zombie will be teleport into default spawnpoint after been chosen.
• Add ZB_SetUserMaxSpeed native, so you can set custom speed in your plugin. Use 0.0 to reset custom speed.
• You also can set speed 0.0 in ZB_RegisterHumanClass to get default weapon speed, it mean speed is dynamic based on current weapon deploy.

I tested it. Somethings need to be edited. Why there is Zombie Class? Not needed so it should removed also the whole game depend on Speed and after freeze time human should run and at sametime zombie chosen not need to teleport. Why not write new mod not based on ZP? When i get time i'll decide if i'll support this or not as you say that you are leaving. Anyway many things will be changed if this mod will be used in near future.

You can just use 1 zombie class and edit the ReAPI_ZB_Core.sma to remove auto menu on infect event.
I'm lazy to edit the whole gameplay. Hope you can edit the mod for yourself.

Is that teleport to original spawnpoint is a bad idea? i think it will be fair, because humans are far enough running at that moment. So zombie have to chase humans at the beginning of the spawnpoint.

The progress:
Round Start --> 20 seconds to shopping --> All players run --> 20 seconds left before zombie appear --> zombie appear --> zombie teleport to start of map spawnpoint --> zombie start chasing humans --> humans are far now, focus on escape.
