You only need to pay for the VPS only starting from 2.5 $. You can test ping before buy just contact the company and ask them for any ip and then ping it and see if it's nice for you or not.

If you try nowadays to install HLDS via SteamCMD so you won't be able to do as there is problem in SteamCMD for hlds. So you can see this: escapers-zone.xyz/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1949

To install it do:

wget http://filestorage.gmforce.ru/dev-cs.ru/hlds_hltv/HLDS_6153_Linux.zip
After that unzip it using:

unzip HLDS_6153_Linux.zip
