It's done in my server already + Kill bomb will be bad idea for ZE , better to use knock bomb ... Flara must be for free if you will make most guns by money .. My ideas
I am still trying Zombie Classes in ZE :3 Tank , Deimos and Ghost its only usefull classes and btw my Extra items are not that simple :3 and last human will be Survivor and Anyone of the Human will be Hero also with minigun :3 but still anyone of the zombie will get Zombie Madness Randomly for some time

Your First request (Best Deffender and Infector) Not fully complete but 80% of it ok. Your Second request (Gun XP Levels) ---> I'am happy to say you that i found a working way (Not the best) but working it will depend on GunXP Mod plugin and another one i'll create.
GunXP Mod will be used for it's natives and powers. And the one i make will be used for the Guns menu. Now i need from you to descripe how many levels will be and in each level what the player be able to buy.
GunXP Plugin i work in it's 5% complete. And after finishing it i'll add award XP for best deffender and best infector and also when escape success +10 Exp for humans when fail +10 Exp to zombies.
Don't forget to say each level you need how much XP to pass.

but its impossible to change the exp system to %?
EXP: [ 5.5% ] when you reach 100% will be beacon effect and leveled up
cuz EXP: 5000/10000 will show suck.
and type: /deff will show to player who did high damage and how many he need more to pass him:
blabla did 5000 damage, you need more 4500 to bet him just IDEA
