Ok, I don't own anything still study . But my advices

1-Host your website with your own if you have VPS host it on it or find a free fast host (Then it will be there NO ADVERTISEMENTS)
2-The design of the site try to make it or get a good one and edit it
3-Get a free domain name .cf .tk .ml it's only the start

Then your site may be better make it friendly-user. Remember You must start small then your site will grow that's ALL.
